Retroarch crashes on netplay12/5/2023 CDROM: Fix memory leak caught with asan – buf passed to filestream_read_file.AUTOSAVE: Change/improve exit behavior of autosave thread – if condition variable is signaled, the loop is ran another last time so we can do a final check/save before stopping the thread.AUDIO/AUDIO MIXER: Fix audio mixer memory leak + remove redundant ‘single threaded’ rthreads implementation.AUDIO/AUDIO MIXER: Add missing locks for thread safety.ANDROID/FDROID: Add F-Droid metadata to repo in Fastlane format.ANDROID: Add a configurable workaround for Android reconnecting devices.ANDROID: Disable Feral GameMode for Android – only available on Linux.ANDROID: Builtin Xperia Play autoconfig profile.3DS: Only enable internal counter with CONSOLE_LOG defined.3DS: Set bottom_asset directory default.SAVESTATES/SCREENSHOTS: Avoid ‘video_gpu_screenshot’ with savestates.NETWORKING/NETPLAY/UPNP: Add a private or CGNAT address warning to UPnP.NETWORKING: Add the const qualifier to some function parameters. If you still want to have all assets, you can go to Online Updater and select ‘Update Assets’. On consoles this will be very helpful where SD card/FTP installs can tend to be very slow. By excluding these files from the package, we have managed to reduce the filesize and overall amount of files of RetroArch downloads/installs significantly. Previously we also shipped autoconfig files that were irrelevant for that specific platform. We no longer pre-install all of the optional XMB theme packs or other miscellaneous assets. ![]() NOTE: Several size optimizations have been made to the packages. We will remove this notice when it has been updated. NOTE: The Android version on Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, and Amazon App Store will be updated soon. I think 0/debug is what you want for logging verbosity. If you’d like to learn more about upcoming releases, please consult our roadmap here. Side note: noticed logging as 1 of the optionz, is ther anything i need to set in here? ![]() ![]() I’ll wrk on getting both comps the same updates to retroarch for consistency as i’m unsure if it’ll go wrong if both RA’s don’t have the same updateĪgain, thx for the assist hunter, i’ll post an update as soon as i get evrything i need for u to look over I should also add that i’m testing for LAN play now instead of online play cuz my buddy gave up on itĪt this point, if i can get LAN play goin, then i can probly tackle the online play again to c if i get anywherĪll week i’ve had “failed to initialize netplay” and had trouble getting log files from 1 of the 2 comps, as the retroarch_debug crashes as soon as i type in the cmd command in ur sig Sry for late update, i’ll go thru testing other cores and also get a log file of the crash ![]() Can you try it with another core that’s known to work well, such as snes9x or fceumm? A log would also be helpful for troubleshooting. You can do netplay to/from Windows and Android, so 32 vs 64 bit shouldn’t be a problem.
